Good question. It’s pretty simple. It’s customer service. That sounds like a cliche, but it won’t be after you work with us. Everyone else is trying to streamline their internal operations to make more money. We think taking care of our clients the way they want to be taken care of will naturally take care of our business. We have over 100 years of experience to prove that. We see technology as a tool, but it doesn’t need to replace human contact.
